Cancellation & Refund Policy
Keungilro India Private Limited operates a marketplace where buyers and sellers meet for membership sales. Since no physical products are involved, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the transaction between the buyer and seller has already been confirmed and processed on the platform.
- As no physical goods are delivered, in the case of a dispute regarding the membership or its terms, the buyer must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of the purchase. The request will be reviewed by our team, and a decision will be made based on the specifics of the transaction and the platform's policies.
- If a membership includes additional benefits or services and these are not provided as expected, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take appropriate action.
- Refunds , if approved by Keungilro India Private Limited, will be credited within 6-8 days. Please note that all refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the membership and the terms agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
